Dress for Success Tasmania empowers women, trans, and gender-diverse people (comfortable in women’s spaces) to thrive in work and life through free styling, clothing, and career support services.

Whether preparing for a job interview, returning to the workforce, attending court, a funeral, or re-entering the community after imprisonment, we provide appropriate clothing and compassionate support to help clients feel confident and capable.

Our services include:

• Interview & Employment Styling: Professionally styled outfits for interviews and capsule wardrobes for new jobs.

• Life Event Styling: Clothing for significant moments such as graduations, court appearances, and funerals.

• Career Support: One-on-one help with resumes, job applications, interview prep, and career workshops.

• Prison Program: “Welcome Backpacks” for women exiting Mary Hutchinson Prison, offering essential items to support their next steps.

All clothing is high-quality, donated workwear - and clients keep everything they receive. But it’s about more than clothes. It’s about restoring dignity, building confidence, and opening doors to opportunity.
